Business. Online sale, under the ANNO brand, of old vintages of wine and spirits offered as collectible items.

Sale of alcohol. The products offered are alcoholic beverages. They are sold only to persons aged 18 or over (art. 14-ter of Italian Law No. 125 of 30 March 2001) and of legal age in the country of delivery. We may verify the age of the buyer, and deliveries are made to an adult. ANNO encourages responsible consumption.

Terms of sale. Purchases are governed by the Terms of sale, the Shipping policy and the Refund policy. Prices are in euro; for deliveries within the European Union they include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. Transit cover is an optional service offered at checkout.

Descriptions and photographs. Listings describe the external condition of the sealed bottle using the terms explained on Bottle condition. Photographs are either photographs of the bottle itself or illustrative images, marked as such. Real photographs and a condition report can be requested before purchase. We correct any error in a listing as soon as we become aware of it.

Intellectual property. The ANNO name and logo, texts, photographs, vintage certificates and the structure of the site belong to Sottocolle S.r.l.s. or its licensors. Reproduction or re-use without written consent is not allowed, except for personal use while browsing the site.

Producers' trade marks. The names of producers and appellations and the trade marks mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only to identify the bottles. ANNO is not affiliated with the producers and is not their authorised distributor, unless stated otherwise.

Links. The site may link to websites run by third parties, whose content we are not responsible for.

Platform. The site runs on the Shopify platform, provided by Shopify International Limited (Ireland) and the companies of its group.

Personal data and cookies. How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

Governing law and complaints. The site and its content are governed by Italian law. Complaints can be sent to info@anno.wine or made by telephone on +39 342 639 8349; we reply within one working day.
